Enable disabled Tabs

hello people. im in the need of help here.
i got 3 tabs and second and third are disabled. with this $
("#tabs").tabs({ disabled: [1, 2] });
now in my first tab i got a checkbox that when checked it supost to
active those other tabs. now my problem is i dont know what jquery to
use to enable the tabs.
