Enter information that gets filled into a sentance

Hey.. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way or if its even possible in jQuery to have a script that when someone enters a word in a text field it then adds the word into a sentance? I know this might be a little hard to understand because I suck at explaining something but here's what I am looking to have it do.

When someone enters their name in the text field A I want it to fill in space B. Any help or info to point me in the right direction would be awesome.
