Error in jquery 1.3.2 min.js in IE9 when hovering over a div using jquery.cluetip.js plugin

HI there,

I am using jquery.cluetip.js plugin, as and when i hover on a div on which i have implemented the cluetip functionality the jquery 1.3.2 min.js throws an error

NOT_FOUND_ERR: DOM Exception 8

This error is thrown at j.attribute("G",K) . I have no idea why i am getting this error only in IE 9 and not in any other browser, is the plug-in ( jquery.clutip.js ) compatible with IE9 ?
