Error: too much recursion. Tabbing wont work

Error: too much recursion. Tabbing wont work

Hello there,

I am using tabbing and accordian on a page. I am using nested tabbing as well. Everything worked fine until today evening. I did not make any change in the script but this error pops up in firebug console and tabbing wont work. None of the tabbing(inner or outer) are working. I get the following error:

I am using jquery from:
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.3.2/jquery.min.js
and jquery UI from:
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.8/jquery-ui.min.js
