External links on Tabs?

I am a total newbie with jQuery, and I was modifying a script for a blog that has the jQueryUI for vertical Tabs in it. Which is all fine and well and it's working like a charm, but I really need to add a link to the Tabs that leads to another page entirely. Which I've found out isn't working with AJAX? But isn't there some way to get around this?
