fixedHeaderTable plugin, cannot get the fix column work

fixedHeaderTable plugin, cannot get the fix column work

$("#ResultPanel").fixedHeaderTable({ autoResize: false, fixCol1: true });

but the first column is still not fix.

anyone managed to fix the column?
