Flash Movie / Video Stops Playing on UI Tabs Switching

In Internet Explorer 6+, if you play the flash movie in the first tab, then switch to another tab, then go back to the first tab, the movie keeps on playing.
In all other browsers I've tested (latest versions of FireFox, Safari, Chrome, Opera), the flash movie stops playing as soon as you switch to another tab.
What am I doing wrong and is there a fix or workaround for this? I have to use UI Tabs because it has a caching feature built-in which allows some tabs to be able to load only once.
Using the latest (jQuery 1.3.2) and (jQuery UI 1.7); I have tried the previous Legacy version of UI 1.5 and it gives the same bug.
Help !!
