flexsider doesn't work(flexsider is not a function)

Hi. I need a help with flexsider.I was following instructions step by step on woothemes.com/flexsider/. I am sure that all the paths are right, but the console says that flexsider is not a function. Does anyone know where's the problem? Thanks.
