Flip switch not swiping in Android default browser

Hi

The flip switch doesn't appear to swipe at all when viewed in the Android default browser.

It works fine when tapping on it.

I am using the latest version of JQuery Mobile, running Android 4.4.2 on a Samsung Galaxy S4.

This happens on the actual JQuery Mobile Demos ( http://demos.jquerymobile.com/1.4.4/)

Any help would be appreciated.
