force date/time format on textfield?

Does anyone know of a way (regular expression, maybe?) to force a date/time format (mm/dd/yy 10:00) in a textfield?

I'm using ExpressionEngine with Solspace's Freeform Pro and do not want to use jquery's datepicker plugin because it is not ada compliant.

Any help is appreciated.
