I have put a contact form on one of the slides of a slide deck.  It works in Chrome etc, but doesn't in IE, In IE, the slide containing the form and one after it dissappear and the form shows up lower down the page.

Any ideas why this may be happening, I have experiemented with enlarging slides to give more room but this hasn't solved it.
