Formular validation

Hi,

I'm quite new in jQuery and googled for finding information on how to validate forms using jQuery. Now I find some older blog entries (approx. 2 years old) that there are inofficial jQuery extensions for validating formulars.

Now I wanted to ask if jQuery has a formular validation included already or what to use or do everything on my own?
