fuck IE, error in load()

IE javascript error is "Object doesn't support this property" or "Permission denied"(IE6 & firefox is ok,IE 7 & IE 8 is wrong),you must F5 or refresh the page again,the error will be disappear and the page will be work well, the URI is http://61.172.194.8:81/china/homepage.asp ,what's wrong with my IE 8 or what's wrong with the jquery-1.4.2.min.js?
