scroll effect

 i don't know what that effect is called but the pictures changes after you scroll a bit . 

i checked the resources and i saw functions.js and general.js , can somebody tell me what js files will i have to refer to get that scrolling effect ? ofcource i will need Jquery , but what other js file will i have to refer from there to get the scrollling effect ?
