Getting started

Hi,

I am a Java web developer. I have decent front-end and javascript skills but I have decided that I really enjoy that stuff and want to get better at it. So I thought getting involved in jqueryUI development might be a good way to sharpen my skills. Is there a good way to go about that? Are there any somewhat simple bugs to look at?
