having an issue with SmoothDiv Scroller
I am trying to accomplish something similar to another post on here( hence why I put it in this area),
my issues seem to be similar with a twist,
1st issue is the right side does not seem to trigger or do anything .
2nd issue is getting the scrolling to be smooth.

the one in question is the "my work" just below the fold.
