Header and Footer native browser zoom

If you specify no viewport in a JQM Page, then you can zoom in the page with the native mobile browser zoom.

But if you have a fixed header or footer they will grow bigger and bigger, because they use em or something as dimensional unit.

If they would be sized with the new css units vw or vh they wont grow bigger.
