I'm discovering JQuery Mobile Framework and I don't agree with the default behavior of headers and footers.

Hidding header ans footer while scrolling is cool but this is not the standard behavior of smartphone interfaces.

So my question is :

how can I fix header ans footer always visible (no hidding event on content scrolling)
