HELP!!! How do i get multi popup windows to follow scroll?

HELP!!! How do i get multi popup windows to follow scroll?

Hi im trying to make some different popup windows on same page .it works fine with the content, but when im scrolling down the popup window appear the same place on the screen as the div from the first popup window, so im only seeing  a half popup window now, and on the 3 popup div im not seeing the window at all.

how do th get the popup window to stay in the center of the screen always???
