help ! im really stuck

im really stuck! the site im currently working requires the effect on
www.giobikes.com (check the actual effect for which my client is insisting). you can see the feature vehicles section scrolls automatically at certain intervals and when you mouseover it. that is very cool! is there any jquery method to achieve this !
