Help! jQuery UI Tabs + Microsoft Internet Explorer (yes, those dreaded 3 words…)

Works in all browsers EXCEPT Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Woefully, all that shows is the page header div. All else is blank.
What did I do wrong? Can anyone help me fix.
