I have a small script working on the left green navigation bar which will reveal contents with a mouseenter.
But... I have this crazy intermittent problem in that sometimes when the mouse enters the green bar, the flyout menu will repeatedly open and close. It happens across all browsers. Oddly, it seems to happen most frequently when the menu is accessed and then left, and then a allowing a period of about 15 seconds to pass. Then, when the mouse enters the green space again the bouncing effect will happen. It's almost like "mouseenters" are being stored in a buffer which is then flushed when entering the green area on the left after a period of time.

And the infuriating thing is that it's intermittent, and doesn't happen at any specific points on the green bar.

Any ideas?
