Help with timing of drop-down form

Hello jQuerians,

I am working on this little ditty:

Click the form, it drops down. Click again, and it goes back up. And that's where the problem is. When it goes up, the button toggles first, then the form animates up. It looks very jerky. I want the button to toggle and the form to go up simultaneously.

And tips?
