Hello,

We've seen that holdReady has been deprecated in v3.2 but can't find any documentation to indicate how we're now meant to handle the dynamic loading of a resource, which needs to be loaded before ready fires in the main page.

Currently, we're tempted to just carry on using this function whilst it still exists, but would obviously prefer to use a recommended alternative if one exists.
