home page ipad

Hi! How can I make the following: the user enters my website. Then, on the screen appears a locked iPad and after the user drags the arrow from left to right the home page will be displayed with all the content - divs, images... The background (iPad chassis) will remain and the home page will be surrounded by the iPad. It is possible? How can I make this? Thanks!
