How can I have two progress bars inside one?

I want to have a progress bar like this image:



I want to first load that grey bar and in half of way black bar starts with a rectangle image in first of it and the heading will be inside of progress bar and an image next to it.

I'm  really in need of this.

Please help me to achieve it.
