how do I do tabs like the demo/show/hide

I'm doing an faq and I started to use the accordian, but thought the tabs that are 1/2 way down this page http://jqueryui.com/demos/tabs/ might work.
If you click the option, you can open Hide details | Show examples. I can take the code from the web, but is there a working code? Also I would love to pull the text from an external xml file. Any suggestion?
