When I'm using a mulipages, how to I enhance some of the other pages?

 

I start at the 'startpage' but how do I enhance the other pages that hasn't been displayed and therefore enhanced yet?

 

As I have a natural flow in my mobile web app. I would to to preenhance some of the other pages in order to minimize the transition to these following pages.

 

My next question is how do I avoid JQM trying to enhance an allready enhanced static page?
