How do I know which jQuery files are necessary for the timepicker plugin?

How do I know which jQuery files are necessary for the timepicker plugin?

The time picker looks right and is working properly on my local server, which is where all of the downloaded files are that I used to create it, but there are so many files in different folders, that I don't know which ones are being used and which are not.  After uploading the site to the remote server, the time picker doesn't look right (at the end of the Enter date" field).  How do I know which files to upload without cluttering up the server?  Thanks.  http://heightsdental.com/RequestAppt.php
