How to align header in a particular place

How to align header in a particular place

Hi,
I'm new to this forum and jquery.

I need your help on this small issue.

i want to align H2 element in even pages middle.

if a h2 header in odd column, it should be moved to very next even column middle. yes, it should be aligned to middle of the column and related content should follow.

if it is in even column, it should be aligned to middle of the column.

could you please help me on this?
