How to automatic refresh?, just one time, each time a user enters a page ...

I have a problem, I'm using a script that is okay, but sometimes, when I enter a second time to its page it doesn't load well making the markup to seem broken, it is fixed when I refresh.

Any help how to make an automatic refresh after 5 seconds? Just 1 time, each time a user enters that page.
