How to call JQuery Plugin's function in javascript

I am new in JQuery. I am using http://news.kg/wp-content/uploads/tree/ this plugin.

I want to call addNode function from Javascript. How can i call it. Defination of function is stored in js/jquery.simple.tree.js.

Please guide me.
