How to change "Please Wait.." text in Tab Pannel

Hi guys,
I'm using Jquery for my project.It is absolutely marvelous.But i have
found some issues in GUI.If we click on the Tab panel button, it's
show "Please Wait.." text on the Tab.I want to change this text to my
own one but there are no option to doing that.If anyone please help to
my problem.
