I'm very new to jQuery but want to use it to perform a specific task.

I'm looking for some code that will enable me to enter a url and check that url for a link back to my website. If it exists then if gives a true message and if doesn't it gives a false message.

I have been looking on the internet for some guidance but struggling to find anything that will work for links.
