How to check sticky text within the existed sticky list & doesn't allow them using jquery

Hello Gurus,

Here how can i restrict duplicate sticky with same text. I mean how to check the existed sticky text with new one. if both are same, it'll show one message "sticky already existed, u can't add another with same text" in alert box. 

Any help would be thankful.
