how to copy the selected textbox data and copied to into textarea boxes.

i have one textbox field ,beside one button is there and below one textarea box is there.
when we enter the text in textboxfield it has to select the text and after that when we click on ctrl+v button it has to copied into text area field.
this is our requirement.
