How to disable animations of elements?

How to disable animations of elements?

I'm curious about how to disable animations at all. I found many answers to the question how to disable page-transitions. But what I'm looking for is the animation of the elements in a page itself.

My problem is that "Flip toggle switch" is stagnant on Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. Now I would simply disable the animation hoping it will then be as fast as toggling a radio-button.

How you do that?
