How to display a context menu on a drag and drop..?

Hello,

I'd like to display a context menu on a drag and drop.

On the drop event the menu would appear and the user would be able to choose from a few actions.

I have seen some context menus but they all display on a right click event, which is not the event I'd like to trigger the menu display.

I don't know how to have it display on a drop event.
