How to do a page 'slide' from left to right? Example inside.

If you click on this link: http://asyraf9.github.com/jquery-mobile/#scroll and click on the 'Features' item on the left, the page transition that occurs is my goal. I'd like to know how to do that action with my code. I don't need the split-view, but the ability to click on a menu item and pop over to a new page with the nifty little sliding animation.
