Here's the menu. It shows submenu divs on menu hover - I had to do it this "div-way" and not "li-way", because of not regular background and submenu lenght. Anyway, that's not the issue. Try changing hovers fast - it makes weird effect and has to finish previously started animation, so that both submenus show blinking.
