How to get this done

Hi Guys !

I am planning my personal blog and I really liked this site http://www.dazeddigital.com/

I like the way the content is presented in random order. I have experience in cms and jquery but I can't seem to figure out how did these guys get this random look.

Hence this post. So wht do you guys think ? How can I get this done ?
