here whenever user login to my site, he can get the notifications in marquee format. if he clicks on particular notification it'll added as sticky on the webpage. here i can apply only single color for every sticky. my requirement is i want to apply multiple colors for every sticky & store them into database table. user can remove unwanted stickys. And whenever he came back to the site, required stickys should alive on the page. 

Here how can i maintain the stickys information in database table & how can i call them again user can login. 

1). here user can restricted to 5 stickys only(5 colors)

2). tags : jquery, Asp.net MVC, sqlserver database

give me u'r valuable suggestions & reference for this requirement.
