I need your help.

I need to stop shaking it on scroll, it looks ok but if you look closely of example 2 you will see that it's not smooth move. We definietly see steps.

When we close to the edge its move faster, I notice the faster speed cause bigger step, I think step should be always the same, for example 1px, speed of steps should change instead of step size when we closer to the edge.
