How to update JQM from 1.0 to 1.4.5 in Dreamweaver CS6?

How to update JQM from 1.0 to 1.4.5 in Dreamweaver CS6?

Hello,
Trying to update JQM 1.0 to 1.4.5 in Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 in a Win. 7 platform.
Searching for help from Adobe has not helped.
I can replace the old JQM files with the 1.4.5 into
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS6\configuration\Third Party Source Code\jquery-mobile
or replace them in the index.html page and link them to the updated files.

The problem is that the old
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS6\configuration\BuiltIn\Mobile Starters\_notes

files are not updated, needed to start the build, the site does not work, no background colors, no switching to pages  and are built on the old JQM 1.0 htm files,  these are---( I think the html documents are built on start up.)   Again, below is what is in the \Moblie Starters\_notes

jQueryMobleLocalMultipage              it is an html document
jQueryMobleLocalSplitMultipage               it is an html document
jQueryMobleLocalpage               it is an html document
jQueryMobleLocalpage             it is an png document

also in a   _notes folder
jQueryMobleLocalMultipage.htm                 it  is an MNO file
jQueryMobleLocalSplitMultipage.htm                  it  is an MNO file
jQueryMobleMultipage.htm                             it  is an MNO file

this below  is from the JQMLocalSplitMultipage  file opened up in notepad

<?xml version="1.0" encoding = "utf-8" ?>
<info xmlns:MMString=" http://www.macromedia.com/schemes/dat/string/">
    <infoitem key="mm_new_doc_type" value="stationery" />
    <infoitem key="mm_new_doc_name" value="MMString:BuiltIn/Layouts/_notes/jQueryMobileMultiPage_htm_mno/mm_new_doc_name/4" />
    <infoitem key="mm_new_doc_preview" value="jQueryMobileMultiPage.png" />
    <infoitem key="mm_new_doc_desc" value="MMString:BuiltIn/Layouts/_notes/jQueryMobileMultiPage_htm_mno/mm_new_doc_desc/4" />
    <infoitem key="mm_new_doc_preferred_dtd_context" value="html5" />
    <infoitem key="mm_new_doc_assets_config_dir" value="Third Party Source Code/jquery-mobile" />
    <infoitem key="mm_new_doc_assets_site_dir" value="jquery-mobile" />
</info>

I think what I have tried works on MACs, but not on windows. All the fixes I can find are for MACs.
 So what I need is how to edit the old file to work.
I also replaced the image folder with the new 1.4.5 in the 3rd partysourcecode\jqm folder

 Thank you in advance, next time we can talk about the weather
Mark

PS I just tried the www. macromedia link and it doesn't work   error  404
