How to use fixed panel with multipage layout with slide transition?

How to use fixed panel with multipage layout with slide transition?

Hi,

I want to use fixed panel which will have navigation. On navigation click the new content will load in content section and on touch device the content should load on slide transition. But between this the panel should not close.
