hyperlinks won't open in my gallery lightbox jquery

so when you click on first link you can open hyperlink BUT when you go to next speakers it doesn't.
It links to the fact that when the "previous speaker" button appears by default then the script won't work.
Funny thing is that it work in IE but not firefox or safari.
Any ideas anyone
