I am really stuck

Hi, I guess you couldn't more stucker than me ( is that even a word? ) I am new here so please excuse me if i am in the wrong area. I am really stuck with a j query function for my website.

I can't have anyone tell me what to do or what to change, because i have no clue, it's all been built for me. So what i really need is someone i can pay to fix a couple of issues, and i am sure there will be plenty more work down the track if anyone wants it.
