I have sample code that will work only if I include 2 libraries - polyfiller.js and modernizr.  I used these from a person's website who had given me help on a forum, but I want to get them from the source, and install them in my project. 

I saw a site that generates "modernizr", so I selected just the parts I thought I needed, such as video, audio, etc.  and generated it, put it on my site along with polyfiller, but not the page doesn't work again.

Any ideas why this should not be working?

Also, when I downloaded "modernizr", my computer warned me that it came from an unknown source.
