Im not a webdevaloper...

I wrote this myself with Jquery mobile libreries. I need someone to take a look at my code with professional eye.  

Fix and clean code  and improve  lookin  if you see some... (I would like to improve my send mail page)

UPDATE Jq libraries to the last stable version.

ALSO as you can see I got pretty much fixed Theme on all pages improved by me from page to page to the best of my knowledge. 

I need you to get Best of the Theme I got there,  and give it to me in clean,  for me to use it as an next page to add..

This Theme i needed in 2 ways.

First Give me back the Theme in folder with all libraries in there as stay alone page.

Second i need just idex file, with all folders include in page, as stick in file,  to the main index and using the main index libraries.... 

If you interstin, you got THE idea and you  defanetely can do this.

let me know how much you would like. Don't ask lots of quastions.
