I'm so close... but can't get button to close div

I'm pretty new to jQuery and would like to use it to control the opening and closing of a div on my webpage. I've achieved a slick opening animation but can't quite get the coding right to include a close button within the newly-opened div. You can see what I've got here. Just click on the Available Seats or Details link.

Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong in my code and how to fix it?
